The International Healthcare Center is prepared to attend to you throughout the whole treatment process. The following is a hospital guide for visiting patients. We will now show you the complete process from booking an appointment to seeing a doctor.

There are three ways to make an appointment.
You may call, email or visit our homepage.
Our call center is available from 8:30AM to 5:30PM during the weekdays.
Reservation through our email or homepage is available 24 hours a day. The appointment request will be confirmed and informed to you through email or a phone call.

In order to make an appointment through our homepage, please go to our english website. Scroll down until you see "Make an Appointment" and click the tab. Please input all necessary information and click submit. Our staff will reply back with your appointment date and time.

Upon arrival, please come to the International Healthcare Center which is located on the 4th Floor of the New Building.
Please enter through the New Building entrance and take the elevator to the 4th Floor.
After getting off the elevator, walk straight and turn right until you see the enterance of the International Healthcare Center.

After entering the International Healthcare Center, please go to reception, and show some form of identification such as your passport, ARC or Driver’s License for registration. Patients visiting for the first time must complete the Registration form. If you have any medical records and imaging, please submit them when checking in.

After checking in, the nurse or coordinator will help you with the following process.

Before you see the doctor, a nurse or resident doctor will review your medical history.

After the review, the nurse or volunteer will check your vital signs and inform you about your consultation time.

You will see the doctor inside the International Healthcare Center or at the outpatient clinic of the specific department. Interpretation services are available if needed during the consultation. If you need a physician’s statement for your insurance company or primary care provider, please let your doctor know during the consultation.

After the consultation, the nurse will arrange your next appointment date and inform you about medication and future testing and procedures.

You may pay the bill and receive the prescription for your medication at our Billing Counter within the International Healthcare Center.
If you are using international health insurance, please contact your insurance company as you may need to request a guarantee of payment before seeing the doctor.

If you need copies of your medical records or imaging, please let your nurse or coordinator know.
Your medical records may be copied at the Medical Records room located on the first floor of the East Building.
There is a fee to obtain copies of your medical records. If medical records are needed, please make your request before you leave Korea. The request is needed before your departure because the process is complicated if you are not in Korea and an additional fee may be charged.

For returning patients, the process is identical to first time visiting patients except for completing the registration form and medical history review.

If admission is necessary after your consultation, you can reserve the date at our Billing Counter. If you need to be admitted on the day of your visit, you will complete Pre-Op screening tests prior to admission.

For patients who have reserved an admission date, please check-in at our Billing Counter on that day. You will be admitted after 1PM.

Facilities in our hospital such as a caf?, restaurants, mart, bank, healthcare shop and etc. are located on the B1 Floor of the New and East Building. You can also use the lockers located across the International Healthcare Center
